This page describes how Duat Studio handles data submitted through the quote form. It is still under review and will be updated before any paid campaign starts.
What we collect
Name, preferred contact channel (email or phone), category and services of interest, event date and location when provided, and your message. We also record the referring page, technical submission data and, where relevant, campaign parameters (UTM, gclid, fbclid). We don't store your IP address or a browser fingerprint.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your quote request and, when you consent, to measure the results of paid campaigns.
Where your data is stored
In a database within the European Union (Germany), with access restricted to the studio team.
How long we keep it
Timeframe being finalised: up to 24 months for requests with no follow-up, or until you ask us to delete them. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time through the contact below.
